Your own ordering app. 10% per order, not 30%.
For independent cafés, restaurants and takeaways who want the orders without the middleman.
- Your name over the door, not theirs
- Loyalty built in
- Live delivery tracking
- The customer list stays yours
Live, working demo, no sign-up. Payments are simulated, so nothing is charged.
£20 more in your till, every hundred, and the customer is yours to keep.
The parts of the big apps your shop actually uses, on terms you’d choose.
Delivery, collection, loyalty and live rider tracking, all under your own name.
One rate: 10%
A third of what the big apps take, with nothing stacked on top. Every checkout shows what the shop receives and what the platform fee is, so your customers can see the split.
Your brand, your customers
Orders come through your shop, your loyalty scheme, your customer list. You hold the relationship and the data, not a marketplace that rents them back to you.
Your own deliveries
Your rider gets a link, with no app and no login, that shares their live location with the customer on a map. The same live map your customers expect, run by your own team.
Ordering that works the way your customers already expect
Browse the menu, order for delivery or collection, earn rewards, and watch it arrive, all under your shop’s name.
Tap any screen to open it full size
Run the whole thing from one screen
A live kitchen board, your menu, your loyalty scheme and plain analytics. If you can use a card machine, you can use this.

Built to do what a small shop actually needs
Delivery & collection
Customers pick either. Collection skips the address and delivery fee automatically.
Loyalty that fits
Points, stamp cards (“10th coffee free”), tiers and a reward catalogue, in any combination.
Allergens & dietary
Tag the 14 allergens plus vegan/veg/GF, shown to customers at the point of choice.
Live rider tracking
Your rider shares their location from a simple link; the customer watches them approach.
Your exact delivery area
A radius, or draw any shape on a map: a high street, an estate, one side of a river.
Deals & promo codes
First-order discounts, happy hours, bundles and BOGOF, plus shareable promo codes for flyers and socials.
Busy mode & prep times
Slammed? Pause new orders or bump your prep time in one tap; customers see a live ETA.
Scheduled pre-orders
“My flat white at 8:15 tomorrow”. Customers order ahead within your opening hours, up to a week out.
Ratings & reviews
One review per delivered order, so no drive-by ratings. Your average shows on your shop page.
Installable app + tips
Customers add your shop to their home screen like a native app, and can tip. We take nothing from tips.
Reject & refund safely
Decline an order with a reason, or refund one, and loyalty points are reconciled automatically.
Secure by design
Payments run through Stripe, optional two-factor sign-in for your dashboard, and your customer list is exportable, because it belongs to you.
Live in days
We set up your shop
Your menu, prices, photos, delivery area, loyalty scheme and opening hours, configured for you or by you in a guided setup.
Customers order
They visit your link, order for delivery or collection, pay securely, and earn rewards, all under your brand.
You fulfil & deliver
Orders land on your live board. Your own rider delivers with live tracking. 90p in every pound comes to you, less card processing.
The more you sell, the less we take.
A marketplace charges the same cut on your best month as on your worst. Ours falls as you grow. No sign-up fee, no monthly minimum, no placement upsells.
| First £1,500 a month | 10% |
| £1,500 to £6,000 | 7% |
| £6,000 to £15,000 | 5.5% |
| Over £15,000 | 4.5% |
- Your own branded ordering app & link
- Loyalty included: points, stamp cards, tiers & rewards. Not an add-on, and not tied to a particular till
- Delivery, collection & scheduled pre-orders
- Live tracking for your own riders
- Reviews, promo codes, analytics & your exportable customer list
- Card processing included. We pay Stripe out of our share, so the rate above is everything
Charged on food and drink after any discount you give. Never on delivery, never on tips. Minimum 35p an order, which is roughly what the card costs. Resets on the first of the month.
The questions shop owners actually ask
Including the ones with awkward answers.
Do I have to change my till?
No, and you can’t break it, because we don’t touch it. Keep whatever you use for counter service. Online orders arrive on a board you open in a browser on any tablet, laptop or phone, with a sound when a new one lands, and you can print a kitchen ticket from it.
Being straight with you: that also means we don’t push online orders into your till’s end-of-day totals yet. If you need one set of figures, you’ll be adding ours to your till’s. Some rivals do integrate, and if that matters more to you than everything else here, say so and we’ll tell you honestly whether to use them instead.
Will I lose my customers?
They were never ours to lose. Every name, email and order sits in your account and you can export the lot to a spreadsheet whenever you like, including on your way out of the door. We don’t email your customers, we don’t advertise other shops to them, and we don’t rank you against the shop down the road.
That’s the whole difference. On a marketplace the customer belongs to the marketplace and is rented back to you.
How long does it take to set up?
An afternoon, and the menu is nearly all of it. There are four things: your shop details and hours, connecting Stripe so you get paid, your delivery area and fee, and typing in your menu. Loyalty and deals are optional and you can add them later.
If your menu is long, that’s the bit that takes real time. Send it over and we’ll put it in for you.
How do I get people to order direct instead of on Deliveroo?
This is the real question, and most platforms answer it by selling you Google Ads. You don’t need ads. You need the customers already standing in your shop and already eating your food to find out you have a link.
A QR sticker on the counter and on every bag, one line from whoever’s on the till, and a reason to come back that only works on your own app. That’s most of it. We’ve written the whole thing down: how to move customers off the apps. It’s free and you don’t need us to use it.
Do I have to leave Deliveroo and Just Eat?
No, and we’d tell you not to at first. They’re how strangers find you. Keep them for discovery, and move the regulars who already know your name onto your own app, where a £20 order costs you around £1.60 instead of £6.
Shops that try to switch overnight usually lose money for a month and go back. The regulars are the win.
Who does the delivery?
You do, or your own driver does. We give the rider a live tracking link to share with the customer, but we don’t supply riders. If you don’t already deliver and don’t want to, collection and pre-orders work on their own and plenty of shops run it that way.
What if it doesn’t work out?
Export your customers and stop using it. No notice period, no minimum term, no cancellation fee, nothing to send back. We only earn when you sell, so a month where you sell nothing costs you nothing.
Is there really nothing else to pay?
No monthly fee, no setup fee, no card-machine rental, and card processing is included in the rate rather than added to it. We take our cut of the food and drink only: never the delivery fee, never the tip.
The one bit of small print worth knowing is a 35p minimum per order, which is roughly what the card costs us. It only ever applies to very small orders.
See both sides working, end to end
Order a coffee from our demo shop, Bean & Gone, then switch sides and run that same order from the shop’s dashboard. Payments are simulated, so nothing is charged.
